Daves ring issue.

I know that Dave is married, but why is it that I never see him with a ring on? Does he not like to wear it cause it mucks up his guitar playing ability, or is there some other reason?

any thoughts?

He is wearing a ring on the Central Park DVD. It's silver, maybe white gold.

Dave's weddingband is made and forged of melted pennies from his and Ashley's birth year. There's nothing gold about it. I think that's a cool idea. As to why he dosen't wear it, I have no clue, maybe it turns his finger green.

Seriously though, I have seen Dave wear his band quite a few times.

dave does wear it... at the golden gate show, i think it was during the warehouse intro or maybe SMTS, in between one of the rifts i saw him take off the ring and put in his pocket, i was shocked!

He probably doesn't wear it all the time because copper, when it gets wet, will turn green.. he probably has to get it cleaned often

I think on the Folsom Field DVD he has it around his neck....or its some other ring?

**Dave could have made it easy like the lead singer of Everclear and just have a tatoo of a ring on your finger.

i used to wear a ring and i wore it on the middle finger...and everytime i'd play a high e note or a b note they would get metally because the metal of the ring would collide with the string...thats most likely why.

i played with a ring for awhile, till it broke, i dont know of one to get now...
