if your bitching about vote for change, don't. If you couldn't figure it out, it's obvious that it is dealing with politics. You could tell in the title. Also, every advertisement for it said it basically benefits the democrats. So if you signed up for it oblivious that there would be some political talk during one of the concerts, then your stupid.

if your bitching about artists in general stating their opinions in like a general show, then ya. I could easily see how you don't want that to happen. I know a lot of democrats that would be pissed if some guy got up there and was talking about anything anti-democratic. And same goes for republicans and an anti-republican artist. But if it's obviously a concert/show for one group or the other, then you can't bitch.

I'm all for free speach, but i don't think a show (IN GENERAL, NOT LIKE VOTE FOR CHANGE) should feature artists that are preaching their beliefs. Because the audience is too diverse, and obviously everyone isn't going to have the same opinion. So I think it's better at an event like a general concert to just keep it to what people expect; a good show with music and maybe some carrying on like when dave talks to everyone. But don't bring in beliefs to it, unless that's what the event is intended for.

i went to the vote for change, and i'm more towards the right then the left. would i have cared if dave went on and on about how much better kerry is then bush? No. Why? because I couldn't argue since i know thats what the show was intended to do. So, personally, i got lucky and i just got to hear what i wanted to hear, DMB rock out

. But I wouldn't have bitched if he would have, because i knew thats what the VFC tour was about.
