alright ill settle this.. in the interview during the his AOL sessions, dave says one of the biggest misconceptions about people is that he smokes a lot of weed. he says he thinks it should be legal but that doesn't mean he smokes a lot of it. his statements hint that he is not opposed to smoking weed himself, but that he doesn't do it excessively.
