Too Much Question

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Too Much Question

Unread post by DmbFanJason » Sun Oct 31, 2004 2:47 am

you know in the very beginning of the song...after the 6-x-0-7 chord and right before the first 2-4-4 chord, dave hits some high note...it seems like it's a chord...anybody know what this is? or at least know what I'm talking about?

stflmmkr....I don't think we're talking about the same thing, because it's just one note or one chord that he hits twice

Body definitely plays two strokes of something at the exact same time that Dave plays two strokes of some chord....watch any video where you can see dave at that moment....I have several videos of too much where I see Dave hit something high up on neck before going into the first 2-4-4 chord, but the videos are always too far away to see what he's hitting.

I have the 07-07-01 video, and you can see Dave stay on the 6x07 chord for those two strokes.

That's a 9th chord..what I posted is a shortened form of a 9th chord.. so I'm guess it definetly is a 9th chord, but which one is the question
