quality of 3.24.99 storytellers?

the quality goes back and forth from being good to being static. is this from the recording? i believe there is only one source but if there is another please inform me. thank you.

The quality is horrible, and there's only one audio source.

only 1, recorders werent allowed in, but a guy snuck one in in his hat. no recorders cause VH1 was gonna record it, and most likeley wed have another d+t CD, much lik counting crows, "across a wire" disk 1.... but VH1 fucked up and their recorders and video cut allot out, so whats on the video is all that VH1 got of the 3 hour show, only about 1/3 of the evenings festivities... long story short, the guy who snuck a recorder in is the only whole source for the show.
