i went to guitar center today to try and win a guitar. my mom and dad and me put our names in. we didn't win. if my lazy sister had come along we would have had another shot. i dont blame her though, it was 7am.

but this baby was on a sale that almost made me shit myself....and so next week it will be MINE ALL MINE......mwahahahahaha...

Or spend 2$ on a converter , then you can hook it up to any sound card with a mic input

Great stuff man...2003? ES system? Cutaway?

the new ES system is working fine for me, but others seem to have had problems with theirs...

lol. SO DO I :P

that pic was just one i got off the taylor gallery...i'll take a lot of pics when i get it! i love the rosewood on this thing. it's so dark it's almost black.

i have to say though shane, it was tough to pass up the 614. i love the quilted maple. and it sounds so punchy. this one does have a more well rounded sound though. the guy at guitar center told me "probably a week, but possibly 2 or 3." i really hope it's only one.

yes it isa cutaway. if it's coming from the factory is there any way it would not bea 2003? i requested the old fishman system instead of the ES, because i heard a lot of stories about them not working...the guy told me 3 of the last 5 814's he sold had to be returned. i'm glad yours works though, it sounds nice. i tried out the fishman on a 714 and a 614 at the store, and it sounded amazing i thought. i just wanted to make sure, because my roommate has a fishman on his 310, and it sounds kindof....i don't know, it lacks the percussive sound of the pic...but the blender sounds way better...so i am satisfied and i can't wait.

as an added bonus i can restring my old guitar in raised B
