#41 is possibly my most favorite DMB song. However, I really don't know what the song is really about. Does anyone know?

It's about a law suits from Ross Hoffman. He was one of Dave's mentors in the early days. It was lawsuits with him and other people associated with dmb, and rights to dmb songs. The song is about basicly why are we fighting like this, can't we just be happy and fair?
