If someone could tab this out..it's sicky icky!

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I was curious if someone could tab out this greast riff I heard. It's an improv on 6.17.04. Below is a link to the audio file, please right click --> save as, do not stream to conserve bandwidth.

I think it's a great little riff, and possibly a tease for something they are thinking of putting on their new album. Check it out, and if you can tab it, id be in debt.. Try it mikee.

Thanks a lot, I'd do anything to know the tabs for this song!

that sounds good, atleast the first chords... I hear for individual notes though before the chords come in.. unless i'm mistaken--I easily could.

It changes a little every time he plays it, but this is the basic riff.

Well, I'm not so sure about yours, man, but Pat's and mine use the right chord progression (Am, F, Dm). Really, if you just fumble around with that it'll be okay. It's all good. Anyway, I made a recording of what I came up with (it took a while 'cause my crappy mic. kept cutting out, heh):

Asterisks mean that note stops there. That way you don't play an 8th note when it's really supposed to be a 16th followed by a rest. It dictates specifics of note length in guitar tablature.
