has anyone else gotten the "you play guitar way to much" lecture/yell from their parents?

not parents, but girlfriend...and boy, it gets real old, real fast...just tell them to get a hobby...like drums and bass!

Hah. I have too much of my own personal style and don't follow trends and shit and people that i live near don't think that's cool...

Yea not many people around here like DMB. They all make fun of me but at least I dont listen to rap and crap like that. DMB is the best.

its kinda cool though cause you know dmb is so much better then everything out there and its not the popular thing to do to like dmb ,like all that rap and pop crap

Im really a fan of everything except rap hip hop and r&b. Rap and hip hop really isnt music.

There is no singing just talking, and no musical instruments of any kind. Its all computerized. And if there is music its a drummer or bassist who doesnt know what they are doing.

R&B really is music but it just sucks.

The song that pisses me off the most is "Yea". Its like the dude couldnt think of any other lyrics so he just wrote yea a thoasand times and made a tons of money off of crap like that. Then put his legs together and started moving back a forth and made tons more money for doing nothing.

The 60s and 70s need to come back so rap and all that crap can stop poisoning the airways.

I just get bugged when I play too late too..apartments definitely aren't for me... and i usually practice at school so i get lectured for not being home enough and practicing instead of doing homework etc.
