Well, mainly because when I play now, I'm working on something. I can't listen to something I haven't recorded yet. :lol: But yeah, recently when I play, it's just me messing around with things and seeing what I come up with.

I used to, I guess, when I was starting out.

i just find that i can go on for hours and hours and hours when i have a dave and tim recording going cause i feel like i'm jamming with them that's all.


so you don't play any dave anymore? you just write your own tunes?

soemtimes when I get bored of playing alone I put in a dvd or rarely a cd and just play along to the majority of the show

Well, I do, but when I do, I just mess around with them. Basically, I'll just take a progression, then build from that. I could jam for 5-10 minutes on a simple C -> F progression.

Anyway, I can't really describe my playing time, because I'll just play what I want. Someetimes, I will play along with a song, but most of the time, it's just me messing around with stuff trying to come up with my own stuff.
