£400 for a guitar - What Do I Buy??

Hi there, (im enjoying this forum thing) Im in my 8 month of learing the guitar. Ive been using a friends during this time, but now ive decided im serious about progressing, ive decided to invest im my first guitar. Ive got about £400 ( not sure how much that is in dollars) Can any of you experts tell my which guitar will be worth my money? Thanks guys

check seagulls, I hear they make a pretty good entry/mid level guitar for a decent price.

yes seagulls...you can get their starter guitars which are really good for around $275-$300
