Anyone do this...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Does anyone switch to the alternate version of Crash half way? I just play the whole song through the normal way. I'm talking about the "easy" way.

This is my thread so I can get off topic if I want!

Anyways, also in WWYS, when playing the verse, is the different sounding bend done on the high E string? I do it that way and it sounds fine.

PFWYG kills my hand, I think because I'm just holding the same shape the entire time, and sliding it around.

I change it up half way through Crash. It hurts after a while, but you get use to it. ;-)

To answer your question, I always switch everytime I play crash. I start with the stretch and change as soon as my hands get tired...which is usually only the second verse.
