first attempt at recording

this is my first post in this forum. I've been playing this little melody for awhile and finally gave it a go at recording. It's not much just an instrumental piece (don't know if it has no lyrics b/c i can't write them or b/c i don't want to). Anyway my buddy is playing the lead stuff and we are both very new to recording and shit and we both f*ck up here there but it was our first time. Just want to get some feedback on what ya'll think so far.

i think its pretty damn good. it could be a little sharper but as you said, you're new to recording, so I think its great
