So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Warehouse muting is a bitch.

i will have to agree that the getting that clear half muted sound on the stone is a little tricky especially the ( 5 5 2 3 2) part. what you think.

I think Grace is Gone is hard for some reason....It makes me crazy. Stone isn't too bad, I couldn't play it then one day I picked up my guitar and played it, it can't be explained. I have a problem with Recently and Pig though.

its crazy how a song can come so easily to a person, but its so difficult for another. Like, you might think billies is the easiest song to play, yet I couldn't play it if I had a gun to my head. But you can't play jimi worth a damn, and I find it extremely easy. does anybody else find that odd? can you tell I'm bored at work? anyways, I say warehouse is the toughest for me.

I think everyone has personal strengths and that dave's songs cover kind of a broad spectrum. My buddy and I play a lot and the more rythm oriented songs I can learn instantly, the ones that require more picking and such like the stone he can learn easier...
Probably why I play the dave part and he does timmy fills

I used to think the same thing.
Now I think the stone is one of the easiest to sing to.
