have you been playing the instrument you play?

just wondering and no one even posted on this board today

anyways...

piano, 15 years (since i was 7)
guitar, 8 years
drums, 3 weeks

well ive just recently picked up the guitar..maybe 2-3 years..i say im pretty decent at the guitar, never took lessons....but i wish i started when i was younger

yeah, you might wanna take some lessons now... a teach can really help with theory, scales, chord progression... stuff you really cant teach your self easily. It really makes a difference!

yeah i was thinkin about it..i do need some teaching in scales and theory and stuff, it wouldnt hurt to take some lessons.

trumpet, played for 5 years, but haven't played it for 2 years.
guitar played for about 2 years.

once took guitar lessons at 10 quit now im starting guitar again so recently about 3 weeks. bass got it about a little less the 2 years ago, been playing seriously almost a year.
