guy playing a Chet on Letterman tonight

I was just watching Jessica Simpson's performance on Letterman and I'm wondering if anyone noticed if one of the guys in her band was playing a Gibson Chet? I thought it was, but it was like a maroon color that I've never seen before. Can anyone back me up on this or am I nuts?

well i didn't see the performance, but the chet does come in maroon.

hes got amps, im not saying hes like a hobo sitting out there, like his bro works or manages it, so they set up amps, mic, and he jams, sometimes his bro comes out and they do a little dave... his mom came us once tried to play and sing som norah jones, every few seconds shed mess up, stop try again, mess up, try again, mess up, give up, and continue on.

Jessica Simpson is horrible. I can't believe Letterman let her on, but I was also appauled when Britney Spears was on . . . and i actualy wactched it. OMG, it was horrible. I was laughing at the stupid moves and the lyrics were so stupid, and it was just plain bad.

But yeah, when I saw jessica simpson, I muted the tv, and turned back to the computer. Then, I was walking out to get some water, I looked, and there it was. A brown chet atkins sst. It was gibson. I lookedat it some more, but then got fed up when they kept showing Simpson.

Yes, tough, it was a chet.
