Toughest Acoustic Songs to cover

Hey guys what do you think are some of the most difficult acoustic songs to play? Not necessarily sing with. Im looking to expand my playing past most of Dave's stuff and I'm looking for some cool songs to play...lemme know

toughest???? dont think thats easy to answer, im starting to play alot of john mayer and counting crows, and playing more phish than i used to.

its always kinda tough to play "electric" stuff on acoustic. pick up some jimi hendrix and play around /w that. little wing is highly recognizable and also hard to make sound desent on acoustic. a good challenge.

well, my brother's crap is hard to play for me, and vice versa. there you go, the toughest cover. :P

umm someone that you guys ahve heard of.. Try a Little Harder is a pain when your starting off, but hella fun once you get it.

I dont think theres any such thing as a "toughest cover" but there are songs that are "toughest to cover well" and Id say Neon by Mayer would be one

im not a guitar player so ive never tried but ive got a keller williams cd....i would assume its pretty hard to play Freeker by the Speaker or Mental Instra maybe?

Mayer can't even say he's perfected that on acoustic. He wrote it on a Norvax (sp?) guitar that has fanned frets to make it easier to fret. Mayer I find to be real tough. He uses his thumb a lot to fret and I have small thumbs.

Do you have a good little wing tab, or any good hendrix site? I have yet to find a decent one..

did a quick search and couldnt pull it up. ill check the print out afterwork though....
