i know this topic has been talked about numerous times, but before i go and spend the $$ on strings to tune my 2nd guitar, i just have a couple questions:
Do guages of the stringsmatter 100% to the raised b tuning, im referring to the guages that are posted in the BS tab book, or would using those guages just be stringing it true to how dave does?
And
When tuning the guitar initially with the strings in all the right positions, do you just tune the strings to their same level as you would when tuned in standard (i hope that makes sense) I guess im saying you just tune the strings as you would in standard, but in the raised b setup.
it'll be a similiar tension, if that's what you mean. and i would stick to the guages that are suggested. basically it is all the same strings just moved one string up and that makes sense seeing as how a Capo 2 is similiar to the raised B. so yeah stick to the guages they suggest.
