ok i am starting on guitar im getting one tommorrow to use to practice. and i want to know like some good songs to learn but easy.thanks for your help.

Typical Situation, STJL is mostly chords, Dirth by fish is easy, and as said above do a search, someone posts this every 2 weeks or so.

Easy stuff like "Breakfast at Tiffany's" by Deep Blue Something, "Kiss Me" by Sixpence None the Richer (don't forget the capo on the 3rd fret), and "Zombie" by the Cranberries are what got me started. 8) Glad to see you're taking the initiative to broaden your musical horizons. Good luck.
