"Seek Up" on The Gorge (the 6-cd set)

Post by OscarB »

The "Seek Up" on it is waaaaaay too long IMO. I dont mind the jams at all, and i love the long ones they often do on many of the other songs (i.e. Too Much), but this one seems a tad out of place to me.

But thats my opinion.... any thoughts on this one?

i think the only song that starts to get to me is recently, the older versions just kind of drug on and on. but now they cut it short so i'm all smiles :D

Two step, however, never gets old no matter how long it is thanks to butch. And carter for that matter.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

the gorge seek up is one of my personal favorite seek ups. I think the jam is better than most. It doesn't get boring to me at all. Jimi thing somtimes gets to me after a while. Now, LIOG, that is one jam that IMO can keep going and still be great.

i love the WWYS jam, but it means i gotta listen to the rest of the song, the song gets old, the jam gets reborn.
