That might be how it is on here, but I play it the way from Winglett's site and it's what I had, which is X7678X. Its the first chord of the interlude here, but I like to mute the low E:

On Luther, Dave definately plays 7678.

I frequently use that when jamming with jimi and wwys. BTW, if you ever get a hold of the tab book for L@LC, timmy uses some serious funky chords during dave's wwys scat part. like 075680 and 3x353x

Its te jazzy seventh, minor seventh chords, and flat 9th chords from jazz that can get really funky.
