Musitronics/Mu-Tron Octave Divider

ok, i really want to get one of these but i cant find them anywhere online and apparently the musitronics company is long gone so i was wondering if anyone had any idea where i could get one. if not, maybe any ideas on how to get the same sound? for referece, listen to Grateful Dead's "Shakedown Street" and "Estimated Prophet" thanks.

I'm sure ebay will have one.. if not try posting on different bass forums to see if anyone is selling a used one
