could someone tell me the fingering for the last 2 chords there? do i just bar the 9th fret? and then strum really carefully?

stupid song, but i still like playing it when i am really tired.....

i would bar the 9 and the 11 and use my pinky for the 12. just my thoughts on a song i dont know how to play.
