Some people, including myself, remove the neck from the body of the sax and shake the spit out. I probably shouldn't do that, but I do. I don't suck the spit out. That really grosses me out because even though it's MY spit, I can't stand the feeling of exposed spit back in the mouth.

And as for the beeping noise, he COULD be biting the reed. But his reeds are wood, right? They would break pretty easy unless he uses a 4 or 5. I don't know. I use plastic and wood reeds, both 4s. And Leroi is experienced enough to use 4s and 5s. *shrugs*

The strange thing about the beeping is the fact that it sounds a little airy. I think it sounds awesome.
