Post Requests for VIDEO Help on Dave Songs Here

Post by jsgksu »

Well, its been a while since people offered up help so here goes. I work from 8-4 everyday and Im goin to my girlfriends house this weekend but I just wanted to get this out so a list could get going. So if you need help and you think a solo recording of the song would help post the song you want here and what part. Im not trying to make this my thing either, if someone posts that they want help, and you wanna make a recording of it just "call it" say youre gonna do it and other people wont. Try to do it in a timely manner if youre gonna call it. I cant play all the songs, more specifically, most from some devil and everyday I cant play but I know the majority of the older material. This has been done before but not for a while so I just thought Id put the offer out. Ill be back sunday afternoon and if theres posts here no one has gotten and I know how to play them Ill start then.

Also, I have dialup and the only hosting I do is through angelfire so it might be easier to send the files over aol, but Ill host anything if need be, just dont be surprised if the site goes down.

Can you play satellite... i can play the song kind of... It's the chorus that's screwin me up... I do the chords on the website and the video that jkanter did.. but when I sing at the same time... the chords just don't sound right... and the people I play the song for agree.. they say "that doesn't sound right"... help! thanks. (...an mp3 of the whole song would be helpful.. you can sing if you wish.)

Well you guys pretty much owned me, the boys dream part in crash has always given me trouble so sorry, I dont have it good enough to try to show someone else it. Ive also struggled with the satellite chorus, I think I may have it down since Ive been trying it out lately since you posted. I could put it up if you want, someone else may have it better but it could help, just let me know. As for Dodo, Ive never tried to learn that song, I tried today and if I keep at it I should be able to get the chorus down, it is kinda tricky, Ill see what I can do.

It should be... Though I do realize that the two tracks may not be alligned properly, and thats my fault.

Sorry it took so long but here:

http://www.angelfire.com/pa5/jsgksu2/SatelliteHelp.mp3

http://www.angelfire.com/pa5/jsgksu2/StayHelp.mp3

If they go down get me on aol im, screenname jsgksu and Ill send them to you

Like I said before, satellite is a little iffy but it might be good. I play one chord in stay different but its barely noticeable, the rhythms there anyway and thats probably the problem.

Sorry these took so long, in the future Ill be quicker (if I know the song)
