I allways thought YNK were in D. The 1st chord seems a D6 to me.. weird =/

Nah, he sounds pretty normal to me.. just kind of a scratchy throat kind of thing.. i've always wondered how his vocal chords got damaged

Thats what I meant, When I first heard he had one vocal chord, I thought he would sound like arnold schwarzenagger impersonating a woman. He doesn't sound THAT bad.

it's basicly a set of notes that go with certain keys.. such as the key of E is..
E F# G# A B C# Eb(or D#, whichever you prefer)

Yes, exactly.. the thing to do is practice the scale for a while.. then try to move the scale around the guitar(going to different keys) and playing them on different strings and such..

On a lighter note, i have no idea how to find out keys of a song.. hah i know most people say it's usually the first or last chord of a song.. meaning that #41 would be in A and WWYS in G.. but i don't think that's right.. eh i dunno
