I just joined the site and I downloaded Divx, but I'm not sure how to view the videos.

that doesnt always work..... if it still tries to open them with a differnt program, Do this.........
right click a video file....choose "save target as"
save it to your desktop...
then when it downloads find it and right click it...
choose "open with"
when that box opens, scroll down and find "DivX"
Checkmark the box that says "Always use this program to open these files"
then click okay....... and delete the video from your desktop.
Now divx will automaticly open for those files from now on.
