which ones do y'all like better? lillywhite vs. busted stuff

hey y'all
I was just curious what most of you like better - the song interpretations of lillywhite or busted stuff?

I like the big eyed fish and raven from lillywhite better...
but definitely think that the busted stuff on busted stuff rocks more than the other one...

grey street - lillywhite
raven - busted stuff
big eyed fish - busted stuff
captain - NEITHER - go with D+T crazy
bartender - busted stuff
but i really like JTR and SUAD a lot, but i think busted stuff in general is better

Yeah I like SUAD very much also...
I hope it's gonna be on the next album...they played it a lot on the d+f-tour...

If the LWS had been finished, it would have been a far superior album. Its not really fair to judge it based on works in progress for some songs.

Busted Stuff was just...lifeless. I liked the depression behind the songs in the LWS. Sometimes the best music comes from that state of mind.

I like Busted a little more overall. I really like LWS though. They're so different (aside from most of the songs being the same). Dave sings with so much more energy/life/whatever on Busted, but LWS has JTR and SUAD. Monkey Man was pretty cool too (what happened to that song?).

It's tough to compare the albums because the songs on LS weren't completed yet. The sound quality is inferior and it just rough sounding.

I don't like lillywhite himself, but I like those versions for their much darker feeling, especially raven and jtr.
