There is something called shoutcast by winamp, I think people use that. Try that out

I don't think Shoutcast is bad.

I've used it to broadcast dmb radio for dmbshare.org a few times.

Paltalk is the best

It's a chat client that has very few server errors (if any), it's free. It's main purpose is to give good audio and video even to slow connections.

try that (but you have to have everyone download it)
