You Never Know tuning

It says B tuning. Can I get this on a standard guitar and is it tuned up or down?

just play it in standard tuning. but, its raised B... i wouldnt suggest doing it unless you have a 2nd, crappy guitar, as the tuning will raise the pitch of your guitar.

just play the one (capo on 2nd) on the normal frets.. it sounds basicly the same
