UGH! lol, I need to know how it is. I am FAIRLY certain Howie Day plays it so I have a vague idea of tone and whatnot, but anything else?

dave uses Taylors, I use taylors.. and man, there is no comparison!! you must go to your local store and try one out (cuz u can;t buy one on an online store)
they are far superior

Thank you as I am well aware of Taylors. Who the hell isn't? I just don't have $2,500 to run out and buy the 614ce I want, sorry...

I can't really tell you much about that Tak, but i know for that price you can get a 03 series from larrivee and pocket about $400. I have an L-03R which has a solid spruce top and east indian rosewood back and sides. I really enjoy it. I think that you should at least check them out before you decide.
