listen to anything bebop or hardbop, because its insanely crazy fast. But the mellower stuff might be cooler stuff to listen to.

Yes bop is by far the hardest music to write. Crazy stuff. Jazz is dying and it is sad. Now they call Jazz nothing but fusion and it is true.
