You have to see who has the easiest part. For instance, who plays things that everyone can play. Yeah whoever said Carter dowsnt know jack shit. He is the MOST talented in the band. Everyone that is worth their guitar strings knows that. Id say Stefan too. But I aint going to say it cause he is part of the band and getting rid of a band member weakens that band

you remove a memeber, it's no longer dmb. I bet also if someone did leave, the band would break and fall. They are all important. You may not notice stefan all the time, but if you take him out, the song will be so hallow, and weak, as well as sounds wrong, since he may be in the background a little, so are the wires and wood behind the walls of your house. You take out that part of your house, the house will be dark, cold, and desolate, and then the walls would crumble and fall in.
Yes, I am in a box

So? Bill Bruford left Yes, but they still tour nowadays. And Rush's original drummer got kicked out and they brought in Neil Peart instead. You can get rid of a rhythm player and get by. It happens all the time.mfpukala11 wrote:so you think getting rid of a RHYTHM player, who plays the backbone of EVERY song, would be better than getting rid of a non-rhythm player (ie boyd)?gravesRR7 wrote:stefan i said. just because i think we'd notice the least.
but i would cry if any of them died or anything. that is a horrid thought
who voted Carter? was that a joke

What!!! Are you crazy? He gives the band its groove. I love his bassline on dancing nancies. Anyway, I regretfully voted for boyd. He is good, but not reliable. Untill he consistently plays his violin in tune and not too loud at every show, I would not vote him out.

These days, he occasionally plays well and beautifully, like GIG at the gorge, but not all the time. If you listen to Crush/central park, the violin parts that once wonderfully complemented the song and blended in perfectly now sound obnoxious.dmbmikee wrote:Too loud? I don't thin Boyd plays consistently out of tune, nor do I think he plays too loud!
