First post ... quick question

I just bought an iPod and i was wondering if anyone knows of a program the converts .shn or .flac files to mp3 so that i can listen to them on my iPod. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok so just convert to .wav then use lame or something like it to then convert to .mp3. I just wanna make sure. Thanks for the reply though.

After you have converted them to .wav I think that you hold in on the control button and drag the .wav files into MKW and it will convert them to Mp3s....

if i wanted to burn to a cd - does it have to be mp3 or can it be .wav

If you have an iPod, you should have a copy of iTunes with it. iTunes will convert wav to mp3.
