Error message w/ "View New Posts"

I keep getting a message when I click "View New Posts" that says something along the lines of "The boards are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

yes, i can try for 20 min straight and get the same thing. then two hours later it'll work again, but then i'll get the message 5 min later. it's weird
