Not so much in the composed sections, but the jams, absolutely. Jeff's sound has much more of that crying quality to it.

not so much during the already written parts during the songs, but improv parts there is a huge difference in style. i've always like coffin and he does some great stuff with the band, but he likes to squeal a lot :/ him and tim will trade off just making noise sometimes. its pretty annoying actually.

Gotcha. I always figured that Coffin was the more adept musician overall and figured he'd up the level of the rest of the band live. Leroi sounded pretty bad his last few years, imo.
