That thing took forever to print, I had to shoo (sp?) someone out of the printer room and just tell them I'd bring them their shit later because I didn't wanna have them thumbing through it and realizing it wasn't work related. Looks real nice though, thanks again for the effort.

You could always just put the "First Page" button on you're toolbar. That is pretty damn close to a Table of Contents link, good enough for me.
