Raised B Chords

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Raised B Chords

Post by Rweden36 »

Hey this is my first post, but i've been using this awesome site for a while now. Anyways I'm really interested to put my second guitar in raised B tuning, but I was wondering if I could still play standard chords or if there were raised B chords I'd have to play?

play standard chords but they'll just be up relative to B instead of E...standard G finger position would be a D

i think i'm right on that
B+P by offer only...thank you

you can play standard chords, but they're played differently..

And just to make sure you know...you need to have different string gauges to tune raised B

oh...and welcome :)
