Will the we be able to Record the Dave and Tim shows?

Anyone know if we can videotape them or record the audio?

Def audio at most places....West Point DOES NOT allow audio taping at all. As for videotaping.....video taping ANY DMB performance is strictly against DMB's Taping Policy

Despite ANY of the venues' policies on "non-taping" you can be about 99% sure that there will be an audio tape of every show on this tour including West Point. Tapers are a hard core group of people and they've already been talking about "stealth taping" on a few scattered threads on nancies.org. The quality of stealth taping is just a little rougher because they can't put the mic up on a stand but it's better than nothing. I would stay start checking around nancies two weeks after the shows. It's common courtesy to allow tapers processing time before you start requestion though I've seen some shows up the very next day.
