SO I THINK MY STRINGS ARE DYING LIKE HELL B/C OF MY SWEATY FINGERS. IM USING D'ADARRIO EXP 16'S. IS IT THE STRINGS OR AM I REALLY THAT UNFORTUNATE? ANY RECCOMENDATIONS AS TO TYPES OF STRINGS FOR MY BODY CHEMISTRY WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

good be the strings, but i would recommend washing your hands before and after every time u play

As long as you wash your hands before you play and wipe off the strings after you play, sweaty hands won't matter that much. But i have got much better string life from coated elixirs.

LMAO. Matty's right...it really is a waste of money now that i think about it. Reminds me of the guy who sold his ' air guitar ' on Ebay.

i have the same problem mine would die every week even with coated strings...so i bought this stuff called fast fret and i wipe it on it every time i am done playing and it makes the strings last an extra week.

give it a shot...always remember to wipe down your strings during and after playing :wink:
