so much to say slide..help

i've never asked for help before, but i'm having trouble with something that should be easy. so much to say is the only dave song i don't know and have ever had trouble with..and i have the intro and everything else down now EXCEPT for the slide in the chorus..i'm looking at the video and stuff. so i'm trying to figure out the slide during the verse part after you play the "1-3-5" part. i should probably be more patient, i just decided to learn it today...well about ten minutes ago. haha...but anyways, any help would be great. thanks in advance.

you slide up to the 10 with your ring finger, then play that chord
