My Tripping Billies Jam, What Do You Think?

Unread post by billywestom » Wed Feb 05, 2003 4:57 pm

Someone may have come up with this before, but I figured it out a few months ago. It sounds good when you don't have someone like Tim Reynolds or Boyd to back you up. Tell me what you think... http://www.angelfire.com/wa3/billywestom/ I know, DmbFanJason, it's not perfect, but hey...

First time through I was a bit thrown off by the high pitched improved chords, but after I listened to it again I liked it more.....it had a cool twist to it. I guess if I had to make one suggestion it would be to maybe do something more with the intro.....the way it jumped into the main riff so quick it seemed like maybe an intro had been chopped off. Otherwise, the guitar playing was solid and you definately have the chords, strumming, etc. down. Now, how 'bout making it longer......unless I got a bad link/download or something, the song was only about 1 meg long or so.

well, it was about 50 secs long, i didnt want it too long so people could hear it quickly. of course, you could play it as long as you wanted to and mix up all those chords in cool ways. thanks alot  :D
