Good finger pickin songs for amatuer

I've been playin for about 6 months and i can play a lot of songs but I want to start playing with out a pick. Any good suggestions on songs that can get me started.

I would give "Blackbird" by the Beatles a try. It was the first one that i learned. It sounds more complicated than it is and people are generally pretty impressed when they see you play it.

My teacher is starting me on Stairway to Heaven and Blackbird to get some fingerpicking going.

lot of posts on "travis picking", if you learn that you can apply it to a lot of songs
