Pocket Pod vs. GuitarPort XT

Pocket Pod vs. GuitarPort XT

Alright, Im looking for something for my acoustic/electric so i can plug in to my computer and record. Pocket Pod has a lot to offer, its portable, you can connect it via usb and it has a lot of other features. The GuitarPort has more effects, and a lower price and you can connect it to your computer and record.

Im wondering if I should get the Pocket Pod over the GuitarPort. Its pricier, includes a lot, but Im not sure if I need all that stuff.

Any suggestions?
