Hey everybody.

I'm writing an essay for school about dave matthews's lyrics.
Can any of you guys help me out with some stuff they know about whichever song...or can you hook me up with some good links about interpretation of dave's song?

oh, I just checked out nancies.org board...they've got quite a lot going on their about interpretation :)

Well if you listen to storytellers he goes indepth about a few songs, or if you dont have it someone might have his stories transcribed, and some sites like nancies.org have a daves lyrics interpretation section, maybe you could find stuff in there

Well, I know most of the meanings of his song, not entirely ofcourse because the only person who knows the meanings of the songs entirely is dave and the band. I could help ya out a bit tho, to fill in some gaps

Ich weiss was über DDTW, wenn du näheres wissen willst schreib mir ne PM. Also ich weiss so n' bisschen was die Inspiration war und wieso er es geschrieben hat. Von da aus kannst du dann sehr leicht auf den Text schliessen.
