Taylor 914c

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Yeah daves taylor 914c sure does look nice, but it just doesn't sound as good as it looks. Listening to Folsom and cent park it cuts through but it sounds too, well it sounds like cocka. I think his chet sounds alot better.

Definitely. Nicer guitars should be cheaper...They'd sell more.

Yea, it looks bad, I am surprised he doesn't have it polished. I have one and mine is always polished. But, then again I didn't make 46million last year. I was just below that, a smidgeon.

The guitar sounds great and is beautiful, everybody who sees it loves it, it is the inlay. I would have to say, unless you are playing with a band or something, don't get the 914c. It cuts nice through other instruments, but when played alone is a bit bright. Luckily for those more intimate settings I can play my DM3MD. I would highly recommend a 714c, with the dark top, all around great guitar for all situations, and a thousand or so less.
