gig after gig, traveling miles upon miles - how do they do it for months on end?
it amazes me. It's like the earth, I don't understand necessarily how it came to be but it did and it just keeps turning.
sidenote: I fall so hard inside the idea of you - lyric in my head that doesn't seem to want to go away.

It's like they siad in storytellers. They said they get tired of all the shit that comes with touring but they absolutely love playing music. Just think, If you have 25,000 people singing music that you wrote at the top of their lungs, you would think that was pretty bad ass and want to do it night after night right?? Like at SPAC last night, the crown was singing Jimi Thing so loudly that dave just sat back and had the biggest smile on his face that I've ever seen. If that doesnt's get you out of bed ever morning excited to play for your audience, I don't know what will.

Better question might be how does the crew do it, setting up and taking down the stage. The band pretty much gets on/off a bus at a location and do what they love, play music for thousands. They only work 3 months out of the year and bank $30 million. I'd hope the crew gets taken care of nicely for doing what they do.

For real, Im sure its like clock work now. But setting up/tearing down that stage with all the lights, sound equipment, etc. Has got to be a huge pain in the ass.

yeah man, it's got to be hard all the way around. It's an amazing production. they should have a juicer and a massage practioner on board...I happen to know one ;o )
