Where did you get SHN's for it? As far as I know, they were only released as 96kbps MP3's, which were remastered to 128kbps by an unknown person. Converting a 128kbps mp3 to SHN wouldn't improve the quality at all. Was it released some other way that I didn't know about?

Yeah, about right after Everyday came out, someone got a hold of the master tapes somehow and converted it to SHN. It definitely sounds better than the mp3's though. I was just as skeptical as you when I heard about them, but I did a test of the first 20 secs of JTR with both versions, and the SHN file sounded A LOT better.

hmm.... i always heard there were only mp3's like it says on the nancies FAQ... a DAT-->SHN-->CDR lineage is listed on etree though, i'll be lookin for them... nobody had them on dmbshare DC last night

not a good idea... i got my internet account suspended here at school for uploading dm&F2004-02-12 and 14 last weekend with BT. I am gonnna stay away from that for awhile. I could put them in my get file and someone could DL them from me. At most, half the cd in one day, cuz I can't upload more than 1 GB in a day or i get screwed
