playing when you're drunkness

hey, i'm druk now, and i just played some dave for this girl over at my room, and at lest to me it sounded awesome, and i'm thinking i'll get a bit tipsy before the next open mic.
you yall think its a good idea , or am i crazy, but i have so much fun playing guitar when i'm drunk
advice?

Yeah being drunk can losen you up a bit , but it could also make you screw up , alcohol affects people differently

And yeah , how did it sound to her ?

There is the classical quote " I sound good after a few drinks , but i'll sound even better after you all had a few drinks "

I would rather smoke and then play, I don't fuck up nearly as much. And it is such a kickass experience too 8)

we just kept going, but it was very fun
maybe just 1 drink for next open mic

exactly, if i were u, i wouldn't drink at all.... if anything, smoke two bowls... playing while you're stoned is sweet, you can't really hear anything except you playing, really hard to explain, but Bo knows whats up

yea drinking beforehenad is good but dont go too nuts, a friend of mine got a little sloppy onstage once, not a good sight

okay, a six pack might do me well
i dont' smoke, so i'll pass on that
but i had 9 last night when i played and it sounded really good, haha, its so much more fun too, cuz you can do all those intros and strange talking before a song so much better than if you weren't drunk
i'll let you guys know how it goes when it goes.

ill tak eont he smoking, i do two nice phat bwols before a concert, it helps a ton with the nervousness and your overall perfromance, if you don smoke thn dont do it, just have a coupole beers, it will help but i have tried both of these worlds and i stick with smoking 9/10 times...peace

A-Fucking-Men, playing when your stoned is probably the best feeling in the world. Its likes your not playing for anyone else but yourself. I played Cortez the Killer -> Beauty of Wynonna for a open mic thingy. It was probably the best thing I ever did, me and my friends just toked like 3bowls and we played the best music of our life.
