you know, i used to be a huge smashing pumpkins fan and when billy(corgan)started changing his entire outlook on his writing i thought it was going to be horrible(many think it was). but i found that even if it wasn't what i was used to i still appreciated the music cause i had been following the pumpkins for so long, i was in it through thick and thin with them. i think no matter what dave's solo album sounds like, i kinda know that i'm still gonna really like it cause i love dave's outlook on life and what he has to say and even if he takes a new direction on music or focuses more on the lyrics of his songs then the music i think i'm gonna be pleased no matter what.....anyone else?
i just hope the free d+t show isn't a bunch of songs i already have

you konw its gonna be. kinda like that warehouse cd...we all have them, they're just different versions. but yea i agree. just cause he's changing doesn't mean im goign to fall off the fan club. im not fairweather. but ill never lie down and say his new stuff is better than the old stuff if it isn't and vise versa.
